The Board has spear-headed efforts to schedule volunteer beach clean-up events, provide litter receptacles on the beach, to educate residents on keeping proper types of vegetation on the beach in order to combat erosion, and to provide assistance to the
sea turtle program in their activities in Highland Beach. The Board from time to time may review ordinances and regulations related to the beach, and make recommendations to the Town Commission.
